3. Control your diet- Diet, like exercise, may alter your mood. Eating fruits and vegetables and drinking enough water may help.
4. Meditate- Every day, take a few minutes to rest and unwind. Leaving your thoughts outside might help you deal with them one by one.
5. Sleep- Sleep on it, as the saying goes. Lack of sleep leads to despair and poor decisions.
