Over the years, having struggled with anxiety and an overwhelming obligation to discover my life’s vocation, I took up a meditative practice of coloring. I found it necessary to exercise mental wellness and to help me gain clarity. These days it seems we’re running on a timeline, hopping from one level or updated “life status,” to another. It’s easy to get lost in the comparison among our peers. Coloring and music have been pivotal exercises that help me remain in the present moment.
