Chef Warren Caterson at Zephyrhills Public Library

Award-winning Chef Warren Caterson stopped by Zephyrhills City Hall to give our citizens a free, informative and entertaining cooking presentation on smart kitchen hacks and shortcuts; sharing ways to save time without sacrificing flavor or nutrition.

Chef Warren is a full-time writer who studied at the Southeast Institute of Culinary Arts.

He is the author of Table for Two: The Cookbook for Couples, Table for Two: Back for Seconds, and Cooking Outside the Lines: Musings of an Extemporaneous Chef.
