Good mental health is like physical health. No one waits until the GP tells you the bad news that you have diabetes. You try to avoid diabetes. People seek information on the risk factors such as being overweight or poor physical fitness. They work towards eliminating some of these risks. You try to keep yourself in good shape. It’s the same with mental health. This session will look at identifying and managing some of the mental health risk factors to prepare and protect against life inevitable stress and challenges
