On Day 2 of Mental Health Awareness Week 2019, Redvespa were focusing on being active as one of the five ways to wellbeing. In the spirit of this theme, we explored opportunities to engage in yoga – a superb tool for keeping active and looking after your mental health. One member of our extended whānau regularly does introductory yoga so we gave them a chance to share their learning with everyone.
