In this practice drawn from Integral Spirituality, we open ourselves to the 1st person, 2nd person, and 3rd person perspectives on God or Spirit – the Infinite Face, the Intimate Face, and the Inner Face. We call upon and open to Spirit as Gaia or Spirit of Evolution, as Beloved, Friend, or Mother-Father, and as Self or I Am. In this way we can enrich, deepen, and expand our inner lives and ways of relating to the Ultimate Mystery.
