“How are you feeling today?”
We don’t realise how a simple and sincere question can have a big impact on someone and
By honestly asking someone how she/he are, you are already doing
something. You are offering your help to someone. You are offering someone the place and the possibility to express their feelings and to free whatever they are hiding inside.
You don’t need to be an expert on mental health to help someone. It’s often the everyday things,
like a phone call or a text, or a “How are you for real today?” that make a difference.
YOU can make a difference in someone’s life. So, tell us, how would you start a conversation about mental wellbeing?
